संदेह मे दौड़ने से कहीं बेहतर है …

दोस्तों, जिस तरह ताज़ी हवा , शुद्ध खान पान सेहतमंद रहने के लिए ज़रूरी होता है , उसी प्रकार हमारी हँसी भी हमारे अच्छी स्वास्थ में मदद करती है || अगर हम सुबह शाम अपने दोस्तों या परिवार के सदस्यों के संग थोडा हँसना – हँसाना कर लें, तो निश्चित रूप से हम शारीरिक और मानसिक बिमारी से बचे रह सकते है |
हमारी एक छोटी सी मुस्कान दूसरों को खुशी का एहसास तो कराती ही है , लेकिन साथ ही साथ हम भी अपने आप को ख़ुश रखते है |
रोजाना हंसने से सेहत भी अच्छी रहती है और शरीर में स्फूर्ति और एनर्जी भी बनी रहती है |

दोस्तों , हँसना हँसाना एक कला है, और इस कला को सभी को सीखना चाहिए , क्योंकि हंसने पर कोई टैक्स नहीं है |
वैसे तो हंसने के बहुत सारे फायदे है , आइए इसके कुछ लाभ की चर्चा करें…

Yes, it happens to be late afternoon here as I type. I need to check out the number of hours difference between India and Western Nebraska. I Googled it and you are in Indian Standard Time, which is UTC+5.5, 5 hours, 30 minutes AHEAD of Coordinated Universal Time, whereas I’m in Mountain Time Zone (UTC-7 during standard time), now in Mountain Daylight Time UTC-6, so you are in early morning of what will be tomorrow for me! I usually am up very early for my time zone, but I would be comfortable on IST!
