Hello friends,
Hope you all are doing Great! Keep Smiling and help others to smile too. Yes,
Smile is nothing but facial expression of happiness, pleasure, sociability, joy and characterized by an upturning of the corners of the mouth
Smiling is also a strong emotion of communication throughout the world, without saying anything you can convey your message.
There is a strong link that has been found between good health, longevity, and smiling.
Most importantly, studies have shown that just the act of smiling, whether the result of real joy or an act, can have both short and long-term benefits on people’s health and wellbeing.
Every time you smile, you not only make other people feel better about themselves, but you raise your self-esteem, increase your level of positive attitude and feel better about yourself as well.
There are so many reasons you should make a conscious effort to smile every day, every moment…

Improve your mood –
This is a physiological response to moving the muscles involved with smiling. When you smile, it tells your brain that it’s time to release some endorphins and start feeling better. Next time you are feeling down, try putting on a smile. There’s a good chance your mood will change for the better.
Make others happy –
Smiling is literally contagious. We smile and others who see it are prompted to match it. So, a real smile will get a real smile in return. Smiling not only has the power to elevate your mood, but it can also change the moods of others and make things happier. However, ,a fake smile will only get a fake smile. Don’t fall in 2nd place though.
Make you look younger –
Not only can smiling make you more attractive it can also make you look more youthful. The muscles we use to smile also lift the face, making a person appear younger. So instead of opting for a facelift, just try smiling your way through the day—you’ll look younger and feel better Studies also show that people will judge a smiling face to be younger than he or she actually is. Neutral expressions seem to look their age, while frowners(displeasure) look older.

Smiling Boosts Your Immune System –
Smiling can also boost your overall health. The act of smiling actually helps the human immune system to function more effectively. It is thought that when you smile, immune function improves because you are more relaxed.
Smiling Lowers your Blood pressure –
When you smile, there is a measurable reduction in your blood pressure. Give it a try if you have a blood pressure monitor at home. Sit for a few minutes, take a reading. Then smile for a minute and take another reading while still smiling. Do you notice a difference?
Smiling makes us feel good –
Studies have shown that smiling releases endorphins, natural painkillers, and serotonin .Together these three neurotransmitters make us feel good from head to toe. Not only do these natural chemicals elevate your mood, but they also relax your body and reduce physical pain. Smiling is a natural drug.

Build better relationships –
A simple smile can reduce conflict and make others feel more comfortable and open to conversation.
Be approachable –
If you’re smiling, more people will want to talk to you, and fewer people will shy away as you speak. Once you make it as a habit even in bad days. You will realize how it has changed you from not missing wonderful days by being sad.
Smiling helps you stay positive :
Have you tried this test:….
Keep Smiling, Now try to think of something negative without losing the smile. It is really hard, is not it ?
Friends, Even when a smile feels unnatural or forced, it still sends the brain and ultimately the rest of our body the message that “Life is Good!” Stay away from depression, stress, and worry by smiling.
So, wear a beautiful smile all the time no matter what happens because no one really cares.
