२१ दिन का २१ सच

पूरा भारत ही नहीं पूरी दुनिया ही pause mode में चला गया है, हमारे यहाँ सड़के सुनी है, आकाश वीरान नज़र आता है,  दुकाने और मॉल बंद पड़े है यहाँ तक कि रेलवे भी भारत के इतिहास में पहली बार बंद है /और हमलोग घरों में बंद होने को मजबूर है / समय जैसे लगता है थम सा गया है ..यह किसी फिल्म का ट्रेलर नहीं, हकीकत है / आज हम कैसी  स्थिति में आ गए है कि खुद को जिंदा रखने के लिए लोगो से दूरियां रखनी पड़ रही है / मैं बचपन से पढता आया था कि man is a social animal ..आज इसमें social गौण हो गया है / जिंदा रहने के लिए social distancing ज़रूरी हो गया  है आज मेरा बेटा मुझे फ़ोन पर हिदायते दे रहा था , और समझा रहा था कि क्या करें ओर क्या ना करें / मुझे उसके बचपन की कुछ बातें याद आ गई / मैं भी इसी तरह उसे बहुत सारी हिदायते दिया करता था लेकिन वह कुछ का उलंघन भी किया करता था / आज मेरी बारी है ..उसकी किसी भी बातों को नज़रंदाज़ नहीं करने की /

उसने कहा कि मुझे कम से कम २१ दिनों के lockdown में घर से बाहर नहीं निकलना है, किसी से मिलना जुलना नहीं है, सिर्फ अपने ऊपर ध्यान रखना है और ईश्वर को याद करना है कि यह समय टल जाए / लेकिन आज तो सातवां दिन ही है / फिर भी आज  मैं यह २१ दिन का २१ सच को सामने लाना चाहता हूँ, शायद २१ दिन बाद इसकी महत्ता कम हो जाए …

The stay at home slogan has made our fast moving life stagnant all of a sudden, but it is a fact that something better will be obtained through crisis management.

  1. The complete lockdown has stopped movement of transport system and this has resulted in sharp decrease in pollution level.  This is a gift to our wellness which was earlier in the grip of pollution.
  2. The present crisis has allowed us to rethink whether we have been spoiling nature around us. Certainly this will give the nature an opportunity to heal.
  3. We are back to our home for 21 days. Let’s meet ourselves. We had no time earlier, but now we have time to meet our real self and see how you can heal yourself.
  4. We are back to basic means, now we have time for our family and our children. Let’s spend quality time with them and let them feel the love of parents.
  5. Don’t forget your partner who has  played a  pivotal role in taking care of you and your kids. May be she sacrificed more than you. It is time when you share your emotions with her and heal the wounds if any .
  6. The follow up of social distancing does not mean we are alone in this world.  We need to find ways and means to have a virtual social gathering where you can share your experiences.
  • 7. We need to empower ourselves by adopting traits like,   discipline, control, willpower and determination to fight the war against corona virus.
  • 8. We need to learn how to cope with everyday stress. Because the current situation has created more stress in life than any other factors.
  • 9. We have learnt the lesson of hygiene, cleanliness and the daily practices to make our life better. Also clean our inner self and feel the spirituality inside.
  • 10. Another lesson learnt is that we have now time for ourselves; we need to decide how to spend time. And enjoy life to the fullest.
  • 11. So far we have been away from spirituality. The time has come for spiritual practices. In my opinion helping others or making others happy is the real spiritual practice.
  • 12. We have learnt another lesson that we need to take care of ourselves by healing practices like yoga and Ayurveda, developing immunity system.
  • 13. We now have an opportunity to improve our physical and mental health.  To be mentally fit we need to practice meditation daily and do breathing exercises along with light exercise and asana, make it a habit by practicing daily for 21 days as it’s always required.
  • 14. Spend time with nature. Feel the beauty of nature, see the birds chirping and feel that annoying honking noises have been replaced with the birds chirping, tree waving and leaves rattling  ,the earth is healing..
  • 15. We have developed a habit of keeping a check on the latest news and staying updated with the world   happenings to increase my awareness.
  • 16. it is time to increase our knowledge through investing time in reading good books , listening motivational speeches .
  • 17. We have slept few extra hours and woke up without worrying about busy schedules. Oh, let’s not forget the mini panic attacks we get due to early morning alarm..
  • 18. . We have realized the fact that jan ha to jahan hai. .(जान है तो जहान है ) and we feel  transformed with  a sense of togetherness leaving behind the differences, argument, and whole country is praying for betterment of nature and human beings.. all other matters left behind.
  • 19. It is time to grow ourselves physically, mentally, financially and socially by adopting different ways making the best use of our leisure time.
  • 20. it is time for enjoying and developing  the desired hobby which was unfulfilled due to paucity of time. I am enjoying and learning painting, writing poems, gardening.  And the last but not the least …
  • 21. I have promised myself to utilize the time available  for developing my skill, improving my knowledge and writing one blog daily to connect with our friends through social media ..

The stay at home  का slogan  से हमारी तेज़ गति से चलती ज़िन्दगी जैसे थम सी गई है, परतु आशा है आने वाला समय एक अच्छा सन्देश लेकर आएगा / किसी ने सही कहा है कि “संकट के खेतों में ही सफलता के वृक्ष उगते है” और अगर संकट विश्वव्यापी हो तो सफलता भी विश्वव्यापी होगा और तब हमारा  भारत विश्व विजेता बन कर उभरेगा /

परन्तु, अभी  आप सभी लोगों से निवेदन है कि कृपया अभी घर पर ही रहे और सरकारी सभी नियमो का पालन करें  और खुद के साथ साथ  अपने आस पास के लोगों को भी सुरक्षित रखे /

 BE HAPPY… BE ACTIVE … BE FOCUSED ….. BE ALIVE,,
